Mercatus Academy provides general foreign exchange education. Tuition, charts, market commentary, examples, demonstrations, videos and website content are supplied for learning purposes only. They do not constitute personalised investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, a personal recommendation or an instruction to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Your decisions remain your responsibility

Charts, prices, scenarios and trade examples may be historical, hypothetical, delayed or simplified for teaching. They may not reflect live market conditions, transaction costs, spreads, slippage, tax or every risk relevant to an actual trade. Information may become outdated and should not be relied upon as a live trading signal.
No custody or trade execution
Mercatus Academy does not take custody of student trading funds and does not execute trades on a student’s behalf through its tuition service. Students are responsible for checking the status, regulation, charges and terms of any broker, platform or third-party provider they choose to use.
Funded-account programmes
Funded-account challenges and instant funded-account products are subject to separate terms, eligibility checks and risk rules. Evaluation fees pay for participation or access as described in the applicable terms; they do not purchase a guarantee of funding or profit. Breaching programme rules may result in failure, suspension or account closure.
Third-party services and links
References or links to payment providers, brokers, trading platforms or other third parties do not amount to a guarantee or endorsement of their performance. Mercatus Academy is not responsible for a third party’s availability, execution, pricing, security or terms.
Nothing excludes statutory rights
This disclaimer does not exclude liability or consumer rights where exclusion would be unlawful. Mercatus Academy will provide purchased tuition with reasonable care and skill.
