By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in any programme offered by Mercatus Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all members, affiliates, and visitors of Mercatus Academy.
All members must remain active to access all services provided by Mercatus Academy. An active membership is defined as having a current, paid subscription with no outstanding payments. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, access to all educational content, trading tools, scanner access, weekly educator sessions, one-to-one support, and all other services will be suspended immediately until the membership is reinstated. Mercatus Academy reserves the right to revoke access to any member whose account is not in good standing.
Mercatus Academy offers monthly and annual subscription packages. Monthly subscriptions require an initial payment of £70.00 followed by £59.99 per calendar month. Annual subscriptions are a one-off payment of £599.99. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are up to date and that payments are made on time to maintain active membership status.
Mercatus Academy offers an affiliate programme that allows members to earn residual income by referring new members. By participating in the affiliate programme, you agree to the following terms:
Residual incomes earned through the affiliate programme are paid monthly. To qualify for residual income payouts, the affiliate must have the required amount of active team members at the time of the residual payout. If an affiliate does not meet the minimum team member requirements at the time the payout is calculated, the residual income for that period will not be paid. Team members must be active, paid subscribers at the time of the payout calculation. Mercatus Academy reserves the right to verify team member status before processing any residual income payments.
The compensation plan and residual income tiers are subject to change at the discretion of Mercatus Academy. Any changes to the compensation structure will be communicated to all affiliates in advance. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the affiliate's own efforts, the number of active referrals, and the overall activity of their team.
All content, materials, courses, branding, and intellectual property on the Mercatus Academy website and within our programmes are the exclusive property of Mercatus Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your membership and legal action.
Mercatus Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for breach of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to non-payment, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is detrimental to the Mercatus Academy community. Upon termination, all access to services, educational content, and affiliate earnings will cease immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
